Our Commitment

Florida DMV Prep is designed with your privacy as a priority. We believe you should be able to study for your driver's license exam without worrying about your personal data.

We do not collect any personal information.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

Your name, email, or contact information
Your location or device identifiers
Your study progress or exam scores to any server
Any information that could identify you personally

Data Stored On Your Device

The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

Your practice and exam history
Flashcard progress and review dates
App preferences (language, theme, audio settings)

This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or use the "Reset Progress" option in Settings.

Anonymous Analytics

We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service, to understand how the app is used in aggregate. This helps us improve the app for everyone.

TelemetryDeck collects:

Anonymous usage events (e.g., "exam started", "practice completed")
App version and iOS version
Device type (iPhone/iPad) without unique identifiers

TelemetryDeck does not collect:

IP addresses
Device advertising identifiers
Any personally identifiable information

You can opt out of analytics at any time in Settings > Help improve the app.

No Third-Party Services

Florida DMV Prep does not include:

Advertising or ad tracking
Social media integrations
Third-party login services
Cloud storage (all data is local)

Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we collect no personal data, we are compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
